Self-publishers love using high-quality paper, which, thankfully, isn’t an option here. That’s not what traditionally published books are printed on. Some books on my shelf have pages so thin you can see through them, and they work just fine. Furthermore, the higher the quality of your interior paper, the heavier it will be, and shipping charges are decided by weight. So pick a colour (cream!) and don’t worry about the rest.
